Community Partner Grants offer three funding opportunities, including a scholarship option
Focusing on proactive development, enrichment and support of educational opportunities and services, CCHF’s Community Partners have enhanced food security; provided critical fuel assistance; sponsored substance-free programming for youth; offered physical and mental well-being through recreational empowerment for individuals of all abilities; and purchased lifesaving emergency tools, equipment, supplies for Canton’s First Responders.
Non-profits who wish to be considered as 2024 CCHF Community Partners can apply at www.cantoncommunityhealthfund.org. Applications are due by April 30, 2024.
